Adam has over fifteen years of experience in real estate and has been active in the SEE/CEE region since 2011. Throughout his career, he has worked for global real estate consultancies like Colliers, for the banking sector, and has been managing Adriatic Appraisal since 2016.
Darko has over 10 years of experience in construction and real estate, engaging in construction site management and supervision, construction design, and consultancy for a wide variety of real estate types. As a construction supervisor, he has ensured that various challenging projects were in accordance with project documentation and statutory regulations.
Viktor has over 20 years of experience in real estate asset management and project planning, with over 15 of management practice in international environment. Throughout his career he has successfully managed and developed a diverse portfolio of office, logistics and retail properties, achieving high occupancy rates, tenant satisfaction and revenue growth.
Amer is an M.Arch interested in urban planning, architecture, supervision, project management, real estate valuation, UX and UI design, digitisation and education. Previously he gained experience in construction site processes, team management and colleagues’ education. His current position in the company is related to finalising real estate valuations, process analysis and software development to support all parts of real estate appraisal.
Emese, as an urban planner, has special interest in sustainable planning and smart city. She is involved in feasibility study assignments and performs project management and design tasks as well. She gained international experience throughout her studies, by attending the construction management course of Via University College, Denmark.
Darko specializes in statistical and real estate market analysis with an MSc in statistics and over seven years of experience in market research and consultancy, having worked on numerous projects in SEE/CEE countries and developed real estate market indices; previously, he conducted research at a scientific institution in Montenegro and received numerous academic awards.
Zsuzsa has over 15 years of experience in real estate and construction, holding roles such as asset and project manager, site engineer, construction monitor, and valuer. She has worked in banking, engineering firms, and international real estate consultancy, and is a licensed valuer in Hungary with a special interest in development properties.
Szilvia has previously been employed by an insurance company and several real estate consultant firms. She has gained throughout her career extensive experience in administration, professional assistance and office management, complemented by her financial academic background and valuation licence. She is involved in the preparation of leadership decisions, in real estate market research, manages contracting, invoicing and administrative procedures.
Dragan has over 20 years of experience in the construction branch. Throughout his career, he was engaged by state and private companies, as an expert in civil engineering for maintenance, building and road construction of all types and categories. He has managed construction projects including traffic infrastructure in Jugovićevo, the “Barry Callebaut” chocolate factory, Lidl stores, a Covid hospital, and a sports hall reconstruction in Novi Sad.
Miljana has a multidiscipinary experience in real estate, architecture and construction, with an interantional scope. Alongside Serbia, she has worked and studied in Italy, Poland and the wider SEE region. Throughout her career she has been involved in valuation, project monitoring and real estate investment advisory projects of a variety of commercial property types, including hotels, office buildings and industrial properties.
Aron has over 7 years of experience in construction, engaging in supervision and construction site management, for a wide variety of industrial and real estate projects. He has worked on projects financed by the EU, the Government of Romania, and for international investors in Romania, including diverse real estate types like churches, petrol stations, animal farms, public parks, industrial and infrastructural projects.
Jasmina has over fifteen years of experience in real estate, construction and interior design. She has worked for engineering companies as project manager assistant and designer, gained experience with international banks as valuer and asset manager, and advised numerous international investors in the region. She has been a member of RICS since 2020.
Milica has almost a decade of experience, starting in the public sector and continuing in education and academia. Proficient in English and French, with various levels of skills in German, Italian, and Spanish, she has been with Adriatic Advisors since its founding, contributing to core processes as an assistant and office manager for SEE.
Attila has over ten years experience in the construction branch. Throughout his career he has been engaged by regional and international developers. He performed the project management of a wide range of construction projects, such as the Shopping City and Promenade in Targu Mures, a prime and high-rise residential quarter in Bucharest, swimming hall, village retreat and production facilities.
With 40 years of experience in commercial real estate valuation, Bill spent ten years as the head of the valuation department at Jones Lang Wootton in New York, USA. He later worked as an independent contractor, often collaborating with various Colliers companies throughout Europe and around the world, specializing in challenging, complex, and difficult circumstances.
Throughout her career, Ljubica has been engaged as assistant construction site manager and involved in hundreds of property valuations, servicing predominantly international banks in the region. She has gained outstanding experience in Montenegro's residential, retail, and office markets, leading the country's largest portfolio valuation in 2020 with over 1,500 properties.
Alexander brings over a decade of experience in real estate, including management roles at several reputable real estate consultancies. He has served as an asset and property manager at Austrian firms Rustler and BUWOG, as well as CBRE. His experience in property management has been complemented by his valuation expertise at Otto Immobilien and Colliers.
Following his gradutation in Civil Engineering Management – absolved with the ‘student of the generation’ award – Jovan has started his career in real estate valuation. He has since been involved in hundreds of valuations predominantly of standard property types. He gained extensive experience on the residentail and commercial property market segments by servicing several international banks in Montenegro and the region.
With over eight years of experience in real estate and engineering consultancy, Zoltan’s background includes extensive sales experience with reputable real estate agencies and consultancies. Over the years, he has been involved in sales transactions, lettings, and refurbishments of more than 100 properties, and has performed several hundred market appraisals for a wide variety of property types across Romania.
Zoltan has previously been engaged by a regional developer, as site manager and site engineer. He has worked on various projects, such as the extension and rehabilitation of TPP building in Sibiu, on Zauner building in Satu Mare and Frigoglass in Timisoara. Zoltan has been conducting his studies at the Technical University of Cluj Napoca at the Faculty of Civil Engineering.
Danilo is a Polytechnic engineer, a candidate for the Master’s degree in civil engineering and modern construction technologies at the Faculty of Polytechnic in Podgorica. He is passionate about solving technical problems in various engineering disciplines, focusing on delivering accurate and efficient solutions within tight deadlines.
