Adam is built-environment professional with real estate and urban design background and has over 10 years international management experience. Throughout his career, he has worked for global and regional consultancies, like Colliers; his references include complex valuations, feasibility studies, and asset management assignments; urban and rural revitalization projects. He lived and stayed in various countries in Europe, East Asia and Southern Africa, and has been active in the SEE/CEE region, where he managed the regional expansion of Adriatic Advisors. His public sector activities, include membership in a trust, which aims to revitalise the built, cultural and natural rural heritage. He has special interest in vernacular architecture, heritage property development as well as sustainable agriculture projects. Adam is fluent in three languages, and holds an MSc degree in Engineering and Management and an MRes in Urban Design from Oxford Brookes University, UK. He has been a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) since 2013.

János is a distinguished real estate and finance professional with over 25 years of international experience. His career spans valuation, investment transactions, corporate financing, and project management across 13 European countries. With a strong track record in both asset and non-performing loan transactions, he has led complex real estate deals and strategic initiatives in diverse markets. He has held leadership roles at firms such as Colliers International, Arnold Investment, CEDCO, and Hussar & Co. His expertise in managing cross-border teams and securing institutional and high-net-worth client relationships is supported by an MBA in International Business. János joined Adriatic Advisors in 2024 to support the company’s real estate advisory, valuation, and financial consultancy business lines. He also played a key role in launching the Hungarian chapter of INTBAU, promoting traditional craftsmanship and the preservation of rural heritage.

As a construction supervisor, he has ensured that various challenging projects were in accordance with project documentation and statutory regulations. He has worked on projects financed by the United Nations, the EU, the Government of Montenegro, and for international investors across the region, including diverse real estate types, sports and healthcare facilities, and infrastructural projects. Darko has a special interest in development properties. He graduated in civil engineering from the University of Montenegro and gained international experience in Spain and Poland. He is fluent in Montenegrin (with Serbian, Bosnian, Croatian), English, and is a member of the Engineers Chamber of Montenegro, the Association of Licensed Valuers, and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
