Darko Bogetic

Darko has over 10 years of experience in construction and real estate, engaging in construction site management and supervision, construction design, and consultancy for a wide variety of real estate types. As a construction supervisor, he has ensured that various challenging projects were in accordance with project documentation and statutory regulations.

He has worked on projects financed by the United Nations, the EU, the Government of Montenegro, and for international investors across the region, including diverse real estate types, sports and healthcare facilities, and infrastructural projects. Darko has a special interest in development properties. He graduated in civil engineering from the University of Montenegro and gained international experience in Spain and Poland.

He is fluent in Montenegrin (with Serbian, Bosnian, Croatian), English, and is a member of the Engineers Chamber of Montenegro, the Association of Licensed Valuers, and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
